How & what is the procedure for making payments towards building work? |

There is a standard procedure in the initial stages whereby full payment for the building license & an amount of workers? national insurance contributions (IKA) is required before the approved license can be released. Thereafter subsequent payments can be arranged on an individual agreement basis. Usually though, a deposit (approx 1%) is requested and then itemised bills + receipts are issued for payment as work is completed. The supply of electricity will not be approved until proof that all payments have been made to the Board.
