As is the case in many countries social changes influence geo-economical circumstances when people feel the need to re-locate to the cities leaving gaps in rural areas. In such instances the population is reduced & properties/land left neglected. Therefore local people have a good understanding of what the benefits are in encouraging new comers & this they do with their well-known warmth & hospitality. Also learning even a few words of the language will also assist in integrating.
