Is it possible to rent out the whole or part of a property for some extra income? |

Strictly speaking advertising part or all of a property for the intention of letting it out has to gain the approval of the Greek Tourism Board (EOT). This requires that the property adhere to particular standards such as disability access & parking facilities in order to promote freely in foreign publications, locally or contractually agree terms with a holiday company. Otherwise, a lawyer will easily be able to advice you about what options may be open to you.
