This project is a plot of 3 Houses (with 2/3 bedrooms and private swimming pools as it is shown at the building permit drawings, specification requirements for the materials) at the area of Galini over the beach of Santova with great view towards the beautiful beach and the famous Gorge named Rintomo 15 km from Kalamata. Description: At the plot: 3 houses will be constructed ( House 1,2,3, as is shown at the drawings) The three houses are separated by a distance of 3.00-4.00 m but the landscape that will commence is going to exploit the intense inclinations of the area and gain privacy for the houses. Each house is going to have its own car-access road up to its entrance as well as swimming pool. At the moment, house 1 that is under construction, has been sold.
House 3 : two storey building 95.85 m2 (1 bedroom) with basement (storerooms) 56.65 m2. At the ground floor there is a sitting room that gives access to a big veranda shaded by a pergola and a great unobstructed view, kitchen, W.C. At the first floor it has 1 bedroom with bathroom and a large covered veranda with view towards the sea.
